Zelda Williams reflects on her feature-length directorial debut--Focus Features’ wildly campy ‘80s horror satire, Lisa Frankenstein, which hits theaters in February. The film was written and produced by Diablo Cody (Juno, Jennifer’s Body) and stars Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, and Carla Gugino. Williams has carved her own individual path, earning acclaim for her acting in both film and television, with roles in Dead of Summer, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Girl in the Box, The Letter and Teen Wolf. She wrote, starred in, and directed the comedy-drama short, Shrimp, which premiered at the 2018 Tribeca Film Festival and was then adapted into a weekly half-hour series.
