- Director Steve McQueen--whose 12 Years a Slave won three Oscars in 2014, including for Best Picture--is again in the awards season conversation with Widows (Twentieth Century Fox). He discusses the inspiration for his latest film and several key collaborators who made major contributions.
- Director John Krasinski reflects on A Quiet Place (Paramount Pictures) and artists in his ensemble who helped bring his vision to fruition, including cinematographer Charlotte Bruus Christensen and supervising sound editors Ethan Van der Ryn and Erik Aadahl.
- Cinematographer Ruben Impens sheds light on lensing Beautiful Boy (Amazon Studios) and his long-time collaborator, director Felix van Groeningen.
- Cinematographer James Laxton, an Oscar nominee for Moonlight, again teams with director/writer Barry Jenkins, this time on If Beale Street Could Talk (Annapurna Pictures).
- Production designer Eugenio Caballero, an Oscar winner for Pan's Labyrinth, discusses collaborating with writer/director Alfonso Cuaron on Roma (Netflix).
- Composer Justin Hurwitz, a two-time Oscar winner for La La Land, reunites with director Damien Chazelle on First Man (Universal Pictures).
- George Tillman, Jr., director/producer on The Hate U Give (Twentieth Century Fox), discusses his instinctive approach to the film, several of his key collaborators, and his biggest takeaway from the experience of bringing this project to fruition.
